    The Team Registration Fee is NZ$500 per team. Each player or supporter is required to pay an Event Fee of NZ$435.

How to Access Special Edgewater Pricing

Participants can access the pricing via a special booking code. The booking code will be emailed following registration and payment.

  • Tropical Breakfast daily per person, use of tennis court, daily activities programme.

    BONUS INCLUSION:
    5GB WiFi per person per stay

    • Group Rates: Rates quoted cannot be combined with further offers in the market, including exclusive membership discounts.

    • Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required to qualify for any bonus offers.

    • Where free WIFI allowance is offered: The WIFI allowance is limited to the allowance amount per person per stay.

    • Transfers: Transfers to and from the resort are not included and must be requested at the time of booking.

    • Currency and Taxes: All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include all applicable government taxes.

    • Room Rates & Availability: All rates are based on a per room, per-night basis and subject to availability at time of booking. All room types can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 12 years) per room, or a maximum of 3 adults (additional person rate applies). Villa rates include a maximum of 6 people.

    • All bookings must be made via email to stay@edgewater.co.ck.

    • Accommodation is subject to availability at time of booking.

    • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rooms.

    • Full payment will be due 60 days out from date of travel.

    • Final rooms and rooming list is required at 60 days out from date of travel.

    • If cleared funds have not been received by the due date, a 5% late payment fee will be applied.

REQUEST FOR UMPIRES

Teams are requested that if at all possible, they provide an umpire or umpires who can control matches during the Celebration week.

Understanding it is not always possible, teams unable to do so are asked to accept a surcharge of $100 per team that will be used to provide a local umpire to manage matches.

2026 Event Programme

DAY 1: Sun 22 February 2026

Arrive and check-in at Edgewater or selected accommodation. Collect Team Gifts and Information from HQ at Edgewater Headquarter. Early evening assemble at Edgewater for the 2.5 hour Welcome Party including food, beverages and entertainment.


DAY 2: Mon 23 February 2026

1First round of games at Aorangi Sports Club Netball Courts-teams will have 2 games per day and the Club facilities, bar and food trucks will be available. Monday evening free to enjoy the extensive facilities at the Edgewater or your selected accommodation or maybe visit one of the enjoyable restaurants in the vicinity.


DAY 3: Tues 24 February 2026

  Join an (optional) exclusive Celebrity Cruise and Tour planned especially for Tiare Netballers and their supporters.


DAY 4: Wed 25 February 2026

Second round of games at Aorangi Sports Club Netball Courts with the same arrangements as for Monday.

DAY 5: Thurs 26 February 2026

A day at leisure with nothing arranged. Good tours available through our Celebration supporters or opportunity to rent a car from another of our supporters and enjoy a leisurely drive around the island or maybe just a relax by the pool and a visit to one or two of the alluring bars and restaurants.


DAY 6: Fri 27 February 2026

Third round of games at Aorangi Sports Club Netball Courts with the same arrangements as Wednesday.

DAY 7: Sat 28 February 2026

Optional Finals Day for teams who want to finish their Netball with a game or two at Aorangi Sports Club Netball Courts. Games will be completed early afternoon so teams can relax before assembling at Edgewater for the 2 and a half hour Finale Dinner-Dance with a food, beverages and entertainment.


DAY 8: Sun 1 March 2026
End of the Celebration Week and time to head for home or maybe do some more touring and enjoyment of Cook Island-maybe visiting outer islands and revisiting some of your favourite place.
