Team Registration Fee

Visiting teams are required to pay a NZ$500.00 registration fee, which is non-refundable. Entries cannot be confirmed until the entry fee is received. Accommodation codes will be provided upon confirmation of entry.

REGISTER YOUR TEAM

Player/Supporter Event Fee

Once your team is registered, each player and supporter is required to pay fee an event fee of NZ$435 per person. (See inclusions below).

The payment schedule is as follows:

  • NZ$100 paid within 30 days after entry

  • NZ$335 paid on or before 30 Nov 2025

Cancellations are accepted up to 30 November 2025, with refunds of player fees available, less a 15% handling charge.

Event Inclusions

Your Team Deposit secures your place at the Celebration and assists with the considerable preparation and planning for the Celebration.

The Player and Supporter Fee of $435 per person covers the following:

  • A Celebration Gift designed to provide enjoyment of the event and a memento of a delightful week of netball, fun, camaraderie, and experiencing the wonderful Cook Islands.

  • The Welcome Party includes food, beverages, and entertainment at the Edgewater Spa and Resort.

  • A minimum of three days of netball, with all teams playing two games per day at the Aorangi Sports Complex Netball Courts, with the option to extend to four days.

  • An invitation to join an exclusive (optional) Cook Islands day cruise, featuring special experiences at a discounted rate.

  • The Finale Dine and Dance evening, featuring dinner, an open bar, and entertainment, with themes that reflect the local culture, surroundings, and attractions.

  • Exclusive discounts on Celebration-supported attractions, restaurants, bars, and services.

EVENT TRANSFERS
The event fee includes transfers between Edgewater Resort & Spa and the netball courts for Edgewater guests. Other participants can also use the service if they meet at Edgewater. Note: There are no direct transfers to other accommodations.
